Meet the team

With 16 years of estate agency experience 5 of which owning his own company, Matthew has plenty of experience when it comes to all things marketing.

In 2025 Matthew also co founded Real T Media based in England providing video/photo & drone services.

Having been involved in property on the peninsula since 2014 and some of Matt's family being here for the last 20 years. Matt & Laura decided to relocate to the coast and launch Dove Media. 

Outside of work Matthew is usually busy spending time with his Daughter, Boxing, Gaming, drinking too much coffee or on adventures with Laura & Bear.

Laura has been a registered nurse for 9 years and has a keen eye for detail. She purchased her first DSLR Camera in 2009 and has pursued photography as a passion ever since.

Laura's hobbies include open water swimming, running her crafting business, getting in the gym and being a dedicated mum.

Bear is our mascot and biggest supporter. I think the photo speaks for itself, he's great.

Bears hobbies include digging, drinking sea water when he shouldn't and getting out on as many walkies as possible.
